Work Experience

For over 27 years, Glenn has assisted claims personnel in evaluating a multitude of first and third party insurance claims in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. He has applied his knowledge, experience and technical skills in cases ranging in value from $5000 to $750 million.

His goal is to provide professional and ethical advice to his clients in order to achieve prompt, equitable and satisfactory resolutions for all parties involved. On the limited occasions when parties have not been able to reach an agreement on the magnitude of the damages, Glenn has offered expert testimony in reference, arbitration and mediation proceedings. He has also been appointed as both an appraiser and referee to assist the parties in resolving their disputes. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Glenn thoroughly examines the evidence in order to develop a factually based opinion that can withstand challenge. He has provided expert testimony in both State and Federal Courts throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York and Wisconsin.

Glenn is directly involved in MD&D’s valuation practice area, assisting attorneys in marital disputes, shareholders’ disputes, and intellectual property engagements. Glenn also provides his services to banking institutions for those engagements requiring the evaluation of a debtor’s financial condition, their ability to service existing debt and potential workout strategies.

Glenn also provides evaluations for economic damages and financial condition in conjunction with potential motives for arson.
