SHANNON RUSNAK TO PRESENT AT PLRB LARGE LOSS CONFERENCE

Shannon Rusnak, CPA, CFE, CFFA and Managing Partner for Matson, Driscoll & Damico’s Southwest region, will present at the Property Loss Research Bureau’s upcoming Large Loss conference.  The conference will take place November 26-28 at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC.

Shannon’s presentation topic is “Taking the Softness out of Builders’ Risk Soft Cost Losses”.  She and her co-presenters will address the following issues:

  • What is included in soft costs
  • The relationship between soft costs and contractors’ general conditions, overhead and profit
  • Measuring a soft cost loss
  • Recent legal trends related to soft costs
