Session 1 – Increased Cost of Working Issues Arising in Property Claims

Toby Rogers, Partner at Clyde & Co and Jonathan Jones, Vice President at Swiss Re will discuss specific increased costs of working issues arising in property claims, touching on specific scenarios where the recovery of some costs can be restricted by Policy language.

Session 2 – Cyber Business Interruption Claims
2.00pm – 2.40pm

Mark Singer, Focus Group Leader – Cyber & Tech Claims at Beazley, and Patrick Cannon, Head of Cyber Claims at Marsh, will look at several challenges arising from cyber business interruption claims scenarios and discuss how different policies may result in different claim quantifications.

Session 3 – Crude to Chemicals Complexity

Loss adjuster Hugh Kennaway of Matthews Daniel and consulting engineer Jean Martin of InSite Technical Services will discuss dealing with property damage and business interruption claims in an increasingly complex oil gas industry, focusing on the developing trend of crude to chemicals production.

Angela Flaherty, Partner at Clyde & Co, Julie Kimmens, Claims Manager at Starr Technical Risk and Neil Greaves, Leader – Forensic Accounting and Claims Services at Marsh will be responding to technical questions submitted by attendees, with Markus Heiss of MDD moderating.  We would welcome any questions that attendees might have in advance.
