Randall Wilson is a Director in MDD Forensic Accountants’ St. Louis, MO office.
He brings extensive knowledge and industry experience, with specialized expertise in business interruption, advance loss of profits/delay in start‑up, fidelity claims, lost profits, fraud & investigations, builders risk and soft costs, and business valuation. His background spans a wide range of sectors, including hospitality and tourism, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, wholesale, and professional services, giving him a broad perspective and the ability to navigate complex, industry‑specific challenges.
He has authored and delivered numerous seminar presentations on topics including forensic accounting, fidelity and fraud, insurance claims analysis, lost profits, and the measurement of damages, speaking to audiences across the insurance industry, legal profession, and corporate sector. His work has also been published in national and international journals, contributing to thought leadership in his field. In addition, he has testified extensively in both Federal and state courts as an expert witness, bringing clarity and credibility to complex financial matters.
Randall is a founding member of the faculty for the master’s program in Forensic Accounting at Webster University in St. Louis. As an adjunct professor in the program since its inception in 2012, he has been teaching the course titled “Special Topics in Litigation Accounting.”
Randall holds CPA, ABV, CFE, CRFAC, and DABFA certifications. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and from Illinois State University with a Master of Arts – Western European Studies, with emphasis in International Business, Randall began what has become a 30 plus year career in forensic accounting.
