About
PrintJosé Luis Tejedor Vázquez is a Senior Director in the Madrid office of MDD Forensic Accountants, Disputes & Investigations practice.
He specializes in the quantification of economic damage related to commercial disputes, lost profits, fraud investigations, business disputes & shareholder disputes, post-acquisition disputes, and business valuation matters. He has extensive experience preparing expert reports for litigation and arbitration proceedings and regularly participates in oral hearings before civil, commercial, and criminal courts, including Spain’s National Court.
José Luis has more than 22 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and dispute advisory services, including over a decade as a financial auditor in a Big Four firm. Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of industries, including construction, financial services, manufacturing, energy, IT, healthcare, and retail.
He is a member of the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC) maintained by the Spanish Accounting and Auditing Institute (ICAC), a Chartered Economist and member of the Registry of Forensic Economists (REFor).
José Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Auditing and Business Analysis.
