About
PrintLuis is a Senior Director, in MDD’s Madrid office, based and domiciled in Barcelona. He has over 30 years of professional experience, with extensive expertise in accounting, auditing, business valuation, and the preparation and ratification of expert reports for judicial and arbitration proceedings.
Luis specializes in business disputes & shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, lost profits, post-acquisition disputes, and business valuation. He has worked across a range of industries, including construction, aviation, pharmaceuticals, retail, hospitality, and tourism.
He has appeared before common courts in Spain and Colombia, as well as local and international arbitration courts in Spain and Latin America.
Luis holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, an Executive Master in Finance from ESADE, and a postgraduate degree in Auditing from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He is a Chartered Accountant, a chartered economist, and a member of the Accounting Experts Register.
He is proficient in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
