MDD launches MDDi, an AI enabled platform

Today marks an exciting milestone as we introduce MDDi, our new AI enabled platform designed to transform the way low value, high volume Business Interruption (BI) claims are handled.
Developed in house by Davies’ technology team in collaboration with MDD’s forensic accounting experts, MDDi combines advanced AI with decades of BI claims experience. The platform automatically extracts and analyses BI data from documents, streamlining non manufacturing claims processing.
MDDi is built to enhance the customer journey for policyholders, insurers, and claims operations teams.
