Maui Wildfires – Update 6

This is our sixth blog post on the wildfires.

Clients that we have spoken to have been using aerial footage and have not returned to Maui unless their zone is open. This link shows the zones that are open, that have local access only and those that are still closed. The majority of the area that is still closed is where the businesses were.

We believe there is substantial exposure/business loss for all businesses on the western side of the island, but the issue will be policy coverage, due to the fact that for many there was no PD policy trigger.
